Processing Technics
Composed of water transfer paper mainly by the special base paper,printing parttern,transparent protect film.
Firstly, adopt our Innocuity oil ink to coating onto the special base paper, which the innocuity oil ink is made up of the macromolecule poply, having been developed & researched by our company and its adhesion more powerful.
Secondly, coating or printing the parttern that you have designed.
Finally, Covering transparent oil ink on the surface of the pattern. On the one hand, the transparent oil ink can protect the pattern;on the other hand, as a carrier,when starting to transfer.
R&D Decal
Generally speaking, according to the pattern, shape and material; printing can be divided into Lable, silk-screen,pad printing and heat transfer printing. Lable and silk-screen are popular because they are cheap and convenient, but they are only suitable for plane pringting. Product whose exterior is of abnormity, non flat, curving, only pad printing can be done. But the cost will be higher to accomplish design & partten of complicated color than water transfer printing's.
Therefore, we assumed that whether it can imprint pattern onto pellicle or film in advance that they have been designed, like Lable.Then transferring onto the surface of product. We established special research group to focus.
After over one year researching & develop, finally exploited water decal, which take place of silk-screen, pad printing and Lable.
Usage
1.Use water or detergent (called SB04) to clean dirt on the surface of decorative product.
2.Immerse paper into water six seconds or so, then partern and picture will be separated from base paper, finally taking up the whole paper from water.
3.Put the water transfer printing paper onto the surface of ornamental product, abstract the fixing paper after the water transfer printing paper having been fixed the position that you want to do.
4.Put tissue or soft cloth to squeeze water and bubble, meanwhile, relying on the electric wind machine to accelerate drying.
5.From what they have been mentioned above, place materials or components in oven, baked 30 minutes or so. Temperature & baking curling time is different with different material.
